Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after processing and are estimates only:

  • Canada: 4–10 business days
  • United States: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Shipping times may vary based on destination, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Orders may ship from our warehouse or trusted fulfillment partners depending on product availability and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@aestheticglow.net and we will assist you.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate replacement or refund.

For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers may incur customs duties or import taxes. These fees are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
